Old Friends

This couple was our two witnesses when Joe and I got married.
We lived near each other twice when the kids were younger.
We had not seen them for almost 10 years.
I'm going to scan in some pictures from our wedding to compare.
Mallory and Elisa were inseparable as babies.
Michelle liked playing video games with Joseph.
Liana was a teenager the last time I saw her, now she's married.
Big mess of kids.
Goofy faces.

Ta Da!
The four musketeers.

Texas Bound

Mallory, Rachel and Taylor's volleyball teams are playing in a tournament this weekend. The winner of each age division, gets to go to the National Junior Olympic tournament in Dallas the end of June.

Taylor's team won the 13's division today.

Mallory and Rachel's team will finish up tomorrow, neither are expected to win their age group. Both teams had a rough day today, tomorrow is another day. Hopefully they will both do better.

I cleaned up my flower beds this weekend and planted some pansies.

Sleeping Cuties

Joe said that he only fell asleep because Natalie fell asleep first and he was stuck under her asleep on his arm.

Bailey wanted to teach Freckles to jump on the tramoline.
So she got some beef jerky.
And jump he did.

Another Stratton Driver

Rachel only missed one question on her driving test today.
Looking good in the driveway!
A very excited Rachel!

Joseph got a Haircut

Joseph was getting shaggy so I took him to get a haircut.
Nothing too short, but definitely trimmed all around.
Cleaned up in the back.

Officially a Boy Scout

Joseph's last night as a Weeblo Cub Scout.
He received his Arrow of Light,
the highest award that a cub scout can achieve.
His new scoutmaster places his boy scout neckerchief
over the weeblo one before it is removed.
The blue shoulder bands are replaced with red ones.
His new troop also gave him a boy scout handbook and bag to keep everything together.
Each troop can have their own neckerchief.
Joseph is excited about becoming a boy scout.
He likes the new green neckerchief.
