I could not get a good picture of her behind, but there was a sack in the back that was glowing. 

Knitted Projects

I have created a second blog at http://knit5g1b.blogspot.com/ to post pictures of all of my knitting projects. I will probably also post pictures of items that I sew there too, when I get back to that. I'm hoping that the sewing bug hits me again soon. I've got several pairs of pants waiting to get hemmed.

Knitted Mitten

I finished my first loom knitted mitten for Natalie. It took me about 3 days to complete. I have already finished the other thumb and started on the base of the other mitten, so both should be done in a couple of days. The picture is not very good, too bright. 

Licking the Bowl

Joseph and I made a cake yesterday. I gave the bowl to Joseph to lick and he put it down for a minute. Natalie was not giving it back to him. 

First Dance - Almost

Taylor almost got to go to her first middle school dance, but most Friday night and Saturday activities were postponed due to a NorEaster passing by, causing periodic heavy rains and high winds. The dance has been rescheduled for next Friday.


Taylor's date for the dance had already bought her flowers, so he dropped them off at the house for her to enjoy anyway.

Rachel at the Net

Rachel is enjoying volleyball these days and is getting good at blocking.

Marching Band

Mallory is in the middle of this line with the sousaphone.
Rachel is in the middle of these three.
The band looked much better at this competition than the last competition a couple of weeks ago.
