Twas the Night Before Christmas ...

Christmas Eve. Here's what 10 peoples's worth of stuff looks like under the tree. We had special visitors this year: Grandpa and Aunt Linda. We all got new stocking as our old ones are somewhere in the attic. There is so much stuff up there from the room renovations, that they could not be found. I like the new ones that all match better than the old ones anyway.

Christmas Chaos!!!

I finally have a few minutes to post some pictures. It's been a while because Rachel lost the battery for my camera and it took me a week and a half to get a new one. Since I got the new battery, I have taken a few pictures, but have been way too busy to put any up.

Christmas Tree

The kids decorated the Christmas tree on Saturday night. Most of the ornaments are handmade by the kids.

Marker or Not?

It looks like Natalie got into another marker, but she didn't. She's got thrush and the medicine to treat it is purple.

New Haircut

Rachel got a new haircut this weekend. Doesn't it look great!!!

Bailey starts Tae Kwon Do

Bailey has decided to quit gymnastics and start Tae Kwon Do with Joseph. She started just a few days before Joseph got his green belt. I haven't been able to get any pictures of Joseph with his green belt on yet.

Bailey shows off her round kick. I was surprised that she could get her leg up so high after just one week. That year of gymnastics must have been good for something.

Ready for School

Natalie loves going to school. Here's she waits for the bus by the front door. She kept falling backwards from the weight of the backpack. The bus turns around at the end of the court and then picks her up in front of our house.

I made these PJ pants for Rachel. She cut the pieces out and I sewed them together.

Party with Santa

Today, the kids and I went to a Christmas party hosted by the Downs Syndrome Association. As you can see, Santa was there and I took several pictures of him with all the kids circled around. I should have switched Joseph and Taylor, but I still got one good enough to send out with my Christmas cards. Not this one.
